Underfloor Heating Supply Returns Policy

All returns must contain a completed returns form (please see below). We will not accept any returns without this.

All returns must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days after informing us. Please ensure you check your order for visible damage before signing for receipt of the consignment. Deliveries signed for and later reported as damaged may not be eligible for return or refund.Any delivery costs incurred relating to returned goods that are not faulty will be deducted from the refund total.

A 25% restocking charge applies to refunds for the return of any nonfaulty goods.

All returned items must be in a reasonable condition with all parts, packaging, and documents intact.

Any unwanted items must be in the original packaging and unopen in a merchantable condition.

Any returns that do not meet our requirements will not be processed.
