Important Delivery Information
Free UK Mainland Delivery on Orders Over £39.99
We offer free next working day delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £39.99.
For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom – Please contact us so we can provide an accurate price.
We aim to ship orders received by 1 pm the same day. Orders received after 1 pm will be shipped the following day (Weekends & Bank Holidays excluded).
- Deliveries are between 8 am – 6 pm.
- Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery cost.
- Incorrect address details may incur a re-delivery cost.
- Next-day delivery excludes insulation, manifold cabinets & Micro flex pipe.
- A.M. deliveries or Saturday deliveries may be available at an additional cost. Contact us if this is required.
The Delivery of the Goods shall be made by Underfloor Heating Supply to the address provided by the Buyer as stipulated on the Order. A signature indicating safe receipt of the Goods may be required on delivery or collection.
In circumstance where no one is present at the address and goods are instructed to be left in a safe place or with neighbours, this is done entirely at the purchaser’s risk and Underfloor Heating Supply cannot be held responsible for any lost, or missing items in these circumstances.
